Otter Products is seeking a Digital Commerce Manager to lead our DTC ecommerce performance across UK, Ireland, and Spain. You will own growth, customer experience, and operational excellence while aligning with finance, marketing, and product teams.

You will drive data-driven decisions, develop strategic roadmaps, and oversee platform enhancements to boost revenue and profitability across channels.

Qualifications

• Exceptional ecommerce analytics, reporting, and performance measurement skills.
• Experience leading coaching and developing high performing teams.
• Proven experience owning or contributing to ecommerce P&L management.

Responsabilités

• Own the overall performance of the ecommerce business, including day-to-day execution of key operational activities, to deliver revenue, profit, conversion, customer experience, and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly ecommerce growth plans aligned to company objectives.
• Partner with Finance and VP of Revenue to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and P&L reviews; identify actions to improve margins, efficiency, and profitability.
• Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, traffic trends, conversion metrics, and profitability to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Lead regular business performance reviews, translating data into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives.
• Establish, standardize, and improve ecommerce dashboards, reporting frameworks, KPI methodologies, and business metrics across brands, regions, and channels.
