Job summary

Halfords in Belfast is seeking a part-time Bike Service Assistant to deliver market-leading cycle service and repair across kids, adult, premium, performance and electric bikes, while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will carry out service tasks, help develop teammates, and uphold the highest quality standards, assisting customers in choosing their dream bike. Training and career progression are emphasised throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Experience of service, building and repair across a range of cycles.
• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail or cycle services environment.
• Experience of sharing expertise with others.
• Experience of working with - and achieving - sales targets.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
