Halfords in the United Kingdom is seeking a Bike Service Assistant to deliver top-quality cycle service and repair. You will work on kids, adult, premium, performance and electric cycles, helping customers find and maintain their dream bike.

You will carry out most service and repair work and help develop other team members, while maintaining high quality standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience of service, building and repair across a range of cycles.
• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail or cycle services environment.
• Experience of sharing expertise with others.
• Experience of working with and achieving sales targets.
