Job summary

Halfords is seeking a passionate bike service specialist to join our retail team. You’ll deliver service and repair across kids, adult, premium and electric cycles, while providing outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll work to high quality standards and help colleagues grow their skills in a fast-paced cycling environment. Experience in cycle services or retail is ideal, but practical skills and a can-do attitude with a focus on customer care will get you started.

Qualifications

• Experience of service, building and repair across a range of cycles.
• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail or cycle services environment.
• Experience of sharing expertise with others.
• Experience of working with - and achieving - sales targets.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carry out most of the service and repair work yourself.
• Help develop other team members and deliver high-quality standards.
• Assist customers in selecting and maintaining their dream bike.
