Job summary

Halfords is seeking a proactive cycle service associate to deliver high-quality repairs and customer service across kids, adult, premium, performance and electric cycles.

You will mainly perform service and repair work, while helping train other team members and maintaining Halfords’ high standards. Prior retail or cycle services experience is ideal, but strong practical skills and a passion for bikes can also lead to success.

Qualifications

• Experience of service, building and repair across a range of cycles.
• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail or cycle services environment.
• Experience of sharing expertise with others.
• Experience of working with - and achieving - sales targets.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
