Halfords is looking for a passionate bike service colleague to join our team. You will perform service and repair across kids, adult, premium, performance and electric cycles, while delivering outstanding customer service and helping customers find and maintain their dream bike.

You’ll carry out most service work, support fellow team members, and work toward high quality standards. We value training, progression, and a career path across Retail or the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in service, building and repair across a range of cycles.
• Experience delivering great customer service in retail or cycle services.
• Experience sharing expertise with others.
• Experience meeting sales targets.
• Availability to work rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carry out most service and repair work yourself.
• Help develop other team members.
• Deliver market leading standards of cycle service and repair.
