Mimecast Limited is seeking a Sales Engineer to own the technical path to close across SMB and Mid-Market customers in the UK. You will partner with Account Executives to run discovery, deliver demos, and position Mimecast's full platform to meet customer environments and budgets.

You will own the technical win from discovery through value validation, collaborating with security and IT leaders. The role requires strong communication, industry certifications, and a willingness to travel for

Formación

• Experience as a Sales Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience supporting SMB and Mid-Market segments.
• Hands-on cybersecurity domain knowledge (email security, data loss prevention, IAM, endpoint protection).
• Strong communication and executive presence with senior IT stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical conversation through the sales cycle, from discovery to close.
• Deliver clear presentations and demos to IT leaders and security teams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to align solutions with customer outcomes.
• Lead technical discovery to understand environment, pain points, budget and success criteria.
• Support channel partners with technical enablement and joint selling.
