Mimecast Limited is seeking a Mid-Enterprise Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 50 customers in London. The ideal candidate will focus on upselling new and existing products while acting as a trusted advisor to these accounts.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in IT or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed upsell revenue targets.
• Prevent churn and mitigate downsell.
• Drive revenue by selling new technology to existing customers.

Conocimientos

Proven IT or SaaS sales experience

Strong communication skills

Knowledge in cybersecurity

Experience with Salesforce CRM
