BeyondTrust is a cyber security SaaS leader seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and early-stage opportunities. You will partner with Account Executives to source pipeline, identify decision makers, and deliver a world-class prospect experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or BD, fluent Italian (Spanish a plus), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting monthly quotas and contributing to campaigns and training sessions.

• Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Nurture early-stage opportunities and maintain engagement.
• Cold call to BT customers and new logos in assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to source new pipeline.
• Identify key decision makers and create strong first impressions.
• Maintain engagement with prospects through creative follow-ups.
• Meet monthly quotas of sourced opportunities and input data into Salesforce.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge and support campaigns.
