Job summary

BeyondTrust is seeking an Italian-speaking Business Development Representative to support outbound sales efforts and prospect research. You will work with Account Executives to source net-new pipeline, engage with existing BT customers, and identify decision-makers across territories.

Strong communication skills and a hunter mindset are essential. The role focuses on generating pipeline, nurturing early opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth within a fast-paced security software

Qualifications

Fluent Italian required; English proficient.
1–2 years in business development, sales or related fields preferred.
Experience researching accounts, planning prospects, and cold calling into large account lists.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics and quotas.

Responsibilities

Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting.
Nurture early-stage opportunities and move them through the funnel.
Cold call and outreach to BT customers and target net-new logos in assigned territory.
Collaborate with Account Executives to source pipeline and research lines of business/personas.
Identify key decision-makers and create a strong first impression with prospects.
Maintain engagement with customers through follow-up communications to spark interest.
Enter prospect data into Salesforce and support marketing campaigns.
