Job summary

KHIPU Networks is seeking an Internal Account Manager to join our busy sales team onsite at Waterfront Business Park in Fleet, Hampshire. You will cultivate relationships with customers, prospects and vendors, support the Account Director, and help prepare quotations, proposals and follow-ups across the UK.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and a professional, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Graduate level education or equivalent (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with prospects, customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Working closely with an Account Director to identify and develop opportunities.
• Obtaining vendor pricing and completing deal registrations.
• Preparing customer quotations and proposals.
• Proactively following up quotations and progressing opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate records and managing your sales pipeline effectively.
• Learning KHIPU's solutions, services and customer base through structured training and mentorship.
