Job summary

KHIPU Networks is seeking a New Business Development Executive to identify, engage and develop new business opportunities from first contact to qualified meetings. This is an onsite role based at Waterfront Business Park, Fleet, Hampshire.

You will drive outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn and referrals, build relationships with decision-makers and book meetings for the sales team while growing a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, business development or lead generation.
• Ability to initiate conversations with decision-makers even on technical topics.
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn cybersecurity, networking and managed services.
• Strong communication, able to explain complex topics clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and start meaningful conversations with prospective clients.
• Convert cold prospects into warm conversations and qualified opportunities.
• Drive attendance to webinars, events and customer education sessions.
• Use CRM to track activity, manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Support marketing by following up on campaigns and inbound inquiries.
