Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Cyber Infrastructure Engineer to join our post-sales Professional Services team. You will ensure Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards for our clients, across network, cloud, OT and email environments.

You will lead deployment projects, manage customer support tickets, and act as a trusted advisor on security infrastructure design and planning, coordinating with sales, CS, and operations to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Technical background in network, cloud, OT or SOC engineering.
• Understanding of the OSI reference model and networking protocols.
• Experience deploying network/cloud architectures and configurations.
• Desirable certifications from AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Darktrace sensors in customer environments across networks, cloud, OT and email.
• Lead deployment projects and meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Coordinate with sales, customer success and operations.
• Advise on security infrastructure design and planning.
