• Excellent relationship management skills developed in client‑facing roles within insurance or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of cyber and technology claims from initial notification through to settlement.
• Collaborate closely with incident response vendors to coordinate timely and cost‑effective solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
