JOBS247 INC LTD in Belfast (UK) is seeking a Senior Cyber Claims Handler to manage the end-to-end claims process from notification to settlement, coordinating with breach response teams, legal counsel and third-party experts. You will analyse cyber claim trends, support regulatory notifications under GDPR, liaise with policyholders, brokers and insurers, and maintain meticulous records using our systems.

In this Senior Cyber Claims Handler role, you will manage the end-to-end claims process: from notification through to settlement, including coordination with breach response teams, legal counsel, and third-party experts.

• Degree-level education or equivalent
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of cyber risks, data privacy laws (GDPR, etc.), and cyber insurance policy wordings. Familiarity with incident response processes is a plus
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication
• In a law firm, insurer, or broker environment is highly desirable
• (e.g., CII) or legal/paralegal background preferred
