Job summary

CFC in London is seeking a Cyber Claims Adjuster to support the Claims team by guiding cyber incidents, triaging with external response partners, and delivering a high quality response to insureds.

You will handle first notification to settlement within delegated authorities, work with underwriters and product teams, and build strong relationships with policyholders, brokers, and capacity providers.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with external stakeholders in a customer service or consultancy environment.
• Ability to prioritise deadlines in lawsuits, demand letters, and queries.
• Capability to manage cyber incidents and/or forensic investigations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle cyber and technology claims on behalf of capacity providers from first notification of loss to settlement.
• Foster relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters and capacity providers.
• Actively work with a panel of response vendors during claims incidents.
• Ensure prompt and accurate reserving, identifying and pursuing relevant third party recoveries and seeking to reduce claims leakage.
• Working closely with underwriters providing feedback on claims issues/trends and the Products team concerning the development of CFC’s products and wordings.
