Job summary

Canopius is seeking professionals to join its Cyber Incident Management Team to support clients through cyber incidents from initial notification to resolution.

You will coordinate specialist partners, communicate clearly under pressure and work with Claims, Underwriting and Cyber teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Prior experience in customer-focused environments and a keen interest in cyber security are valuable assets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact when policyholders notify us of a cyber incident.
• Guide clients through one of the most stressful moments their organisation has faced.
• Coordinate incident response partners including forensic investigators and legal advisers.
• Manage incidents from notification through to resolution, keeping stakeholders informed.
