Job summary

Harrison Holgate is representing a City based Lloyd's Broker in recruiting a Cyber Claims Lead. You will take the lead on complex Cyber and Tech claims and guide settlements with clients, underwriters and experts.

You will manage the notification, agreement, collection and successful settlement of a portfolio of Cyber Risk claims, with a focus on strategy and process. A good knowledge of ECF is desirable. The role is hybrid.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Cyber claims.
• Experience coordinating discussions with clients, underwriters and experts.

Responsibilities

• Lead on notification, agreement, collection and settlement of Cyber Risk claims.
• Manage strategy and processes for the claims portfolio.
• Handle D&O, PI and Crime claims to a lesser extent.
