Placemaking and Customer Experience Executive - £28,000-£32,000 - Oxford/Hybrid
Our client is a facilities management business within a leading property company, seeking a creative, hands-on Placemaking and Customer Experience Executive to join their growing team.
What makes this role special? This isn't your typical property job. Our client is the expert team that keeps buildings safe, clean, functional, and pleasant for users - with a focus on people-first experiences, making spaces feel less corporate and more welcoming.
What you'll do daily: You'll be the "doer", owning projects with attention to detail, logistics, delivery, and follow-through, akin to running a mini business within a business:
Candidate profile: Background in events, hospitality, design, or placemaking. Strong logistical skills essential. Creative, culturally aware, and excited by variety.
Experience in commercial property is helpful but not required. Proficient with social media and design tools like Canva or InDesign. Entrepreneurial mindset, treating the role as own venture.
