Placemaking and Customer Experience Executive - £28,000-£32,000 - Oxford/Hybrid

Our client is a facilities management business within a leading property company, seeking a creative, hands-on Placemaking and Customer Experience Executive to join their growing team.

Role highlights: This role focuses on people-first experiences, enhancing commercial spaces to feel less corporate and more welcoming.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Event planning and execution - socials, clubs, wellness sessions, workshops
• Content management - websites, apps, social media
• Vendor and budget management
• Market research and concept development
• Strategy collaboration and implementation
• Mentoring onsite teams

Ideal candidate:

• Background in events, hospitality, design, or placemaking
• Strong logistical skills
• Creative and culturally aware
• Experience in commercial property is a plus but not essential
• Proficient with social media and design tools like Canva or InDesign
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Work setup:

• Hybrid working - up to 2 days WFH
• Travel: Regular trips to Oxford/Bristol, occasional to Leeds/Scotland
