Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our VML Health team. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day management of accounts, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality client service. Key Qualifications and Competencies:

1. Language Skills: High proficiency in English is essential (particularly for candidates outside the UK). Italian language skills are an asset.
2. Client and Brief Management: Ability to understand and interpret client briefs clearly. Skilled in writing creative and project briefs, and preparing detailed call reports. Capable of synthesizing large volumes of information effectively.
3. Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills; acts as the primary coordinator for the account team. Maintains version control and ensures clarity in file management and administrative processes. Able to lead smaller projects under guidance.
4. Professional Attributes: Dependable, responsive to deadlines, highly motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Able to build rapport with cross-functional teams, motivate departments, and know when to engage stakeholders. Performs well in fast-paced environments. Has a stable professional track record (excluding recent graduates).
5. Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, comfortable with AI tools, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
