Placemaking and Customer Experience Executive - £28,000-£32,000 - Oxford/Hybrid

Our client is a facilities management business within a leading property company, seeking a creative, hands-on Placemaking and Customer Experience Executive to join their growing team.

What makes this role special? This role focuses on people-first experiences, making commercial spaces more inviting and less corporate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Event planning and execution (summer/Christmas socials, clubs, wellbeing sessions, workshops)
  • Content management (websites, apps, social media)
  • Vendor and budget management
  • Market research and concept development
  • Strategy collaboration and independent implementation
  • Mentoring on-site teams on customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Background in events, hospitality, design, or placemaking
  • Strong logistical skills
  • Creative and culturally aware
  • Experience in commercial property helpful but not essential
  • Proficiency with social media and design tools like Canva or InDesign
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

Working arrangements:

  • Hybrid working: max 2 days WFH, with varied office/site visits
  • Travel: Regular Oxford/Bristol (monthly), occasional Leeds/Scotland
