Job summary

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members in Pudsey to deliver friendly, helpful service in-store. The role includes working across shifts, helping on tills and in the bakery or post office depending on the store.

You will contribute to stock, prices and store appearance, while promoting Co-op membership and supporting community needs. Full training is provided, with overtime and part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with friendly and helpful service.
• Able to work flexibly across shifts and weekends.
• Interest in retail and busy store environment; experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help keep shelves stocked and assist customers on the shop floor.
• Operate tills, handle cash and support daily store operations.
