Job summary

Co-op Group in Preston is hiring Customer Team Members to support daily store operations, including potential post office or bakery duties. You will deliver friendly service, stock shelves, and help keep the store running smoothly.

The role is part-time (14 hours per week) with regular overtime and full paid training. Aged 18+ required due to early/late shifts; competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service and resolve issues on the shop floor.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Operate tills and handle in-store bakery tasks as needed.
• Keep shelves stocked and monitor prices, dates, and stock levels.
• Ensure store safety and legality, with correct prices and temperatures.
• Promote Co-op Membership and engage with the local community.
