Job summary

Co-op Group in Oldham is hiring Customer Team Members to join our local Co-op store. You will help deliver friendly, helpful service, assist on the shop floor, and may work in the bakery, post office, or handling online order pickups.

You’ll be part of a small team, with full training provided and opportunities to engage with the community, support memberships, and ensure shelves are stocked, prices are correct, and customers leave satisfied.

Qualifications

• You’ll provide friendly, helpful service to customers.
• You’ll work across shifts including early mornings and weekends.
• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service to help keep shelves stocked and prices accurate.
• Operate tills and assist with bakery or post office duties as required.
• Support daily store operations and keep the store safe and welcoming.
• Promote Co-op membership and community engagement.
