Job Summary

Location: 14 Church Road Trimdon Village, Trimdon Station, TS29 6PY
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5.45am opening), afternoons, late evenings (10.15pm closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided

Responsibilities
  • Friendly and thoughtful service: put customers first, respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together: support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Ensure store safety and compliance: keep shelves stocked, prices, dates, and temperatures correct.
  • Help introduce new products and services: make changes feel natural, share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support the local community: get involved in activities and events.
