Job summary

A leading retail cooperative in Winterton is seeking a Customer Team Member to provide excellent service in their in-store bakery. Overview

Customer Team Member | Location: Market Place, Winterton, Scunthorpe, DN15 9PT | Pay: £12.60 per hour | Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time | Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. This role involves working in our in-store bakery. Full, paid training provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!). You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

What you'll do

• Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
• Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
• Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
• Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
• Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events
