Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Northampton is seeking 4 Customer Support Specialists for a temporary ongoing role starting in November. You will handle customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat, resolve issues and ensure a top-notch service.

Training will be provided, with potential for permanent placement based on performance. You’ll join a friendly team, work across shifts, and take ownership of customer problems, escalating where needed.
