Activate Group Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our 24/7/365 contact centre in Halifax. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service, following processes, and building rapport over the phone.

The role offers flexible part-time shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with training in the first weeks. You will work Monday to Friday, contributing to KPIs and SLAs while supporting colleagues and partner companies.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service settings.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and third parties.
• Accurately record information using bespoke software and databases.
• Work within agreed SLAs and personal KPIs.
