Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

• Desirable: Salesforce background, experience with vulnerable customers, call centre experience, financial services background.

Responsibilities

• The role is focused on supporting our existing customers with a wide range of queries & payment plan support.
• Engage directly with our customers through multiple channels and manage customer relationships through Salesforce CRM.
