Job summary

Berwick Care is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Services Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers across the UK. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and live chat, process orders, provide accurate product and pricing information, and work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, call centre or retail environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service approach and professionalism.
• IT literate with experience using CRM systems.
• Strong organisation and time management with ability to multitask.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide clear, accurate advice on products, orders, pricing and delivery.
• Take ownership of customer queries from start to finish.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members and follow up.
• Maintain accurate customer records on the CRM system.
• Process orders accurately and liaise with internal teams to fulfill them.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotes and support tender processes.
• Resolve complaints and returns in line with procedures.
• Meet or exceed KPIs including response times and NPS.
• Support continuous improvements and cover teammates when needed.
