Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of continuous Customer Service experience.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7:45 am – 9 pm, Monday to Sunday.
• Commit to 100% training attendance for role preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with billing and technical queries.
• Diagnose and solve a range of issues from customers.
• Achieve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
