Job summary

McQueens Dairies Ltd is seeking a Retentions Advisor at our Glasgow office to guard against account cancellations and protect ongoing customer relationships. You will understand reasons for cancellation, propose solutions, and strive to retain customers while meeting targets.

The role offers a base salary around £27,780.48 per year with a weekly pay cycle, training on Excel, and a friendly office environment with standard 8am-5pm hours and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years contact centre/customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment.
• Experience in retentions is desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
• Must pass a DBS check.

What you’ll do:

• As a retentions advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers considering cancelling their accounts. Your role will involve:
• Understanding reasons for cancellation
• Providing solutions and guidance toretaincustomers
• Delivering excellent service and building strong customer relations
• Meeting retention targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years contact centre/customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment due to volume of calls.
• Experience in retentions (desirable, but not essential)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and target driven mind
• Successful candidates must pass a DBS check
