Job summary

Allegiant Finance Services Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in Warrington. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries by phone, email, and post while delivering a professional and positive experience.

You’ll split time between admin tasks and fast-paced call days, staying accurate, empathetic, and motivated to make a difference for each customer. Hybrid working and parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communicator with strong listening skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Positive attitude and adaptability for both repetitive tasks and busy call days.
• Previous customer service experience (claims/complaints handling is a plus)
