Our client is looking for an organised, customer-focused individual to join a growing business, providing day-to-day customer service and administrative support.
You’ll respond to customer enquiries, coordinate service requests and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive an efficient service from initial contact through to resolution.

To be considered
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or coordination
- Confident handling enquiries by telephone and email
- Confident using computer systems and learning new processes
- Experience processing orders, updating customer accounts and booking appointments would be beneficial
- Experience within a technical or service-based business would be advantageous
What you’ll be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries, providing clear information and helpful support
- Record service requests and arrange appointments with the relevant teams
- Keep customers informed of progress and follow up outstanding queries
- Process orders and maintain customer contracts, purchase orders and sales documentation
- Update customer records and account information
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to organise customer requirements
- Assist with stock checks and accurately record deliveries, equipment and supplies.
- Support the coordination of equipment preparation, deliveries and installations
- Refer complex enquiries or complaints to the appropriate colleague
- Support the wider team during busy periods
- Build positive customer relationships through reliable, consistent service
