About The Role

Customer Support Administrator – Income Team

Location: Birmingham, QA Higher Education

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm or 9am–5:30pm

Ready to make a real difference for students? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast‑paced environment? Join our growing Student Income Team and play a key role in supporting students with their tuition fee payments and financial queries.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for students via phone, email, and in‑person drop‑ins.
  • Assist with tuition fee payments, grants, and instalment plans, ensuring timely collections.
  • Handle change of circumstances requests and support credit control processes.
  • Maintain accurate sales ledger records and build strong relationships with students to guide them through payment options.

What we’re looking for:

  • Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT proficiency, plus solid literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail‑oriented and methodical approach to tasks.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Basic DBS check.
