Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is recruiting a Customer Supply Chain Representative in Nottingham. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, processing orders, and resolving supply issues for a diverse customer base.

You will work with SAP to ensure accurate order fulfilment, liaise with customers and internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvement while building strong partnerships with retailers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, customer supply chain or order management experience.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently through SAP to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Managing customer queries, supply issues and complaints from initial investigation through to resolution.
• Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to proactively resolve delivery and service challenges.
• Identifying trends and recurring issues, supporting continuous improvement activities and corrective actions.
• Building strong, trusted relationships with customers to enhance their experience and strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams to achieve service and operational goals.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy while working within established processes and service standards.
