Job summary

Highland Spring Ltd in Blackford is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will own day-to-day supply chain relationships for key customer accounts, collaborating with Sales, Demand Planning and logistics to deliver service.

You'll review demand, forecasts and stock levels to identify issues early, and use EPOS, forecast data and stock information to inform actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or supply chain with customer focus.
• Ability to forecast and understand demand, stock and availability.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to turn data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day supply chain relationship for key customer accounts with Sales, Planning and logistics.
• Review demand, forecasts and stock levels to identify issues before they affect service.
• Coordinate stock movements and ensure available stock in external warehouses.
• Lead customer review meetings and build trusted contacts with retailers.
• Prepare customer service reporting and investigate service failures for corrective action.
• Support introduction of new products and SKUs into customer supply chains.
