Job summary

Highland Spring is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator at our Blackford site to manage day-to-day customer relationships and partner with Sales, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Logistics to deliver reliable service.

You will review demand, forecasts and stock to anticipate issues, coordinate stock movements and support new product introductions, while maintaining strong customer communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or supply chain
• Experience working with major retailers
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to turn data into clear actions

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day supply chain relationship for key customer accounts
• Monitor orders, stock and demand to support 98.5% OTIF
• Review demand, forecasts and stock levels to pre-empt issues
• Coordinate stock movements and ensure stock is available in external warehouses
• Support introduction of new products and SKUs into customer supply chains
• Prepare customer service reporting and lead customer review meetings
