Job summary

Highland Spring Limited is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team at the Blackford site, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You’ll own day-to-day relationship with key customer accounts, coordinating with Sales, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and logistics to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.

You’ll review demand, forecasts and stock, identify risks, and work across teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or supply chain environments.
• Experience with major retailers and customer forecasting.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day supply chain relationship for key customer accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and logistics teams.
• Review demand, forecasts and stock to identify issues before affecting service.
• Coordinate stock movements and support WMS/ERP-based decisions.
• Lead customer review meetings and produce reporting for performance reviews.
