Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, order processing, transport or supply chain.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Able to manage priorities and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders, ensuring allocation and ready for collection and delivery at the right time.
• Work with hauliers and third-party warehouses to arrange and monitor deliveries.
• Check orders have been processed in systems and investigate shipping issues.
• Support haulage information, purchase orders and invoices, and monitor OTIF performance.
