Job summary

Highland Spring Group is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to manage day-to-day relationships with key customers from our Blackford site. You will work with Sales, Planning and Logistics to forecast demand, monitor stock and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires experience in FMCG, strong Excel skills, and the ability to turn data into actionable steps while communicating across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG and supply chain, with ability to link demand, stock and availability.
• Experience working with customers, especially major retailers, is a plus.
• Able to turn data into clear actions and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day supply chain relationship for key customer accounts.
• Review demand, forecasts and stock to identify issues before they impact service.
• Coordinate stock movements and ensure correct stock levels in external warehouses.
• Lead customer review meetings and build trusted relationships with key contacts.
• Prepare customer service reporting and drive corrective actions.
