Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to deliver a best-in-class service. You will manage customer communications by phone, email, and online requests, while using product knowledge to upsell and improve our service experience.

You will own the customer journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback, building strong relationships with regular customers in a fast-paced, highly operational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role, handling enquiries and delivering transactions.
• Experience developing product knowledge and understanding the Sunbelt product range.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use own judgment to make decisions in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service while maximizing upselling opportunities.
• Manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback, owning the customer journey.
• Build relationships with regular customers and respond to website requests.
