The role builds long-term relationships, coordinates training events, handles inquiries, and supports sales targets. This fixed-term position in Burgess Hill requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer relations or client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or client databases is a plus.
• Comfortable working weekends/holidays in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer decision-makers.
• Support customer retention by maximizing renewals.
• Coordinate and register training requirements.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule recurring training events and track completion.
• Promote additional training courses to meet client needs.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce and Gemini.
