Qualifications

• Proven Customer Service experience required.
• Previous experience in the Energy Industry desirable but not essential.
• Good Office 365 skills including Excel, PowerPoint & Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to customer enquiries for first contact resolution.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints from beginning to end.
• Liaise with non-customer teams to handle complex queries.
