Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Executive for an office-based role in Thetford. This full-time position requires handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and processing orders from enquiry through to fulfilment.

You will work closely with Account Managers and other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, resolving issues quickly and professionally while building strong product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be organised, proactive and customer-focused.
• Comfortable juggling multiple enquiries with attention to detail.
• Communicate confidently and professionally by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Act as a day-to-day contact for an allocated portfolio of customers.
• Respond to enquiries by phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate quotations and process orders from enquiry to fulfilment.
• Build product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions and alternatives.
• Take ownership of customer problems and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
• Follow up on quotations to ensure opportunities aren’t missed.
• Spot potential sales opportunities and pass to the relevant salesperson.
• Keep customer, quotation and order information accurate and up to date.
