Job summary

Ainscough Crane Hire is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Standish, Wigan, onsite. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will build relationships with new and existing customers to guide them towards the right lifting solutions.

You’ll prepare quotations, proactively manage enquiries and take ownership of the customer journey through to order while coordinating with Sales, Commercial, Operations, Finance and our depots network to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, contact centre, customer support or sales support environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and manage enquiries through to order.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
