Job summary

Ainscough Crane Hire is seeking a Customer Support Co-ordinator in Standish, Wigan, onsite. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, building relationships and guiding customers to the right lifting solution.

You'll prepare quotations, manage enquiries through to order, and work with colleagues across Sales, Commercial, Operations, Finance and our depots to deliver a seamless experience. This permanent role offers a strong benefits package and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, contact centre, or sales support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach, ownership of enquiries from start to finish.
• Proven track record of meeting SLAs and high service standards.
• Good IT skills, CRM and MS Office advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers and guide them to the right lifting solution.
• Prepare quotations, manage enquiries, and own the customer journey to order.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Operations, Finance and depots to deliver a seamless experience.
• Manage customer enquiries in line with SLAs and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and opportunities in the CRM.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
