Job summary

Edge Building Products is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our dedicated team in Chichester. You will handle enquiries, process quotes and orders, and deliver high-quality service across phone, email, and online channels.

In this fast-paced role, you will support customers and internal teams, maintain strong product knowledge, and contribute to achieving service targets while working Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations and orders via phone, email, and website.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service at all times.
• Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and follow up as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and logistics for smooth order fulfilment.
• Ensure internal systems and processes are followed.
• Support the team in meeting service and performance targets.
