Job summary

  • Assist customers with equipment breakdowns and facilitate swift resolutions.
  • Accurately record all service activity within internal systems.
  • Process parts orders from initial enquiry through to dispatch.
  • Monitor deliveries and provide customers with timely updates.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers and external service partners.
  • Support the delivery and handover of new machines to customers.
  • Assist with transport-related enquiries and arrangements.
  • Follow up completed service work to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Handle invoice queries and general administration tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Support the sales team by contacting prospective customers and logging new opportunities.

Job description

THE ROLE:
